  • Chakra Balancing -Chakra simply means “wheel.” The energy moves like a wheel. If it has enough force to move quickly, then it goes higher. If it does not have force or current behind it, it will go downwards. Just like water in the ocean, if there is only a weak current, the water will only move downwards or remain still. The same holds true with your chakras. There are seven energy centers in the body.

  • Reiki - Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

  • Mini Massage - "hands on" treatment in which a therapist manipulates muscles and other soft tissues of the body to improve health and well being. Varieties of massage range from gentle stroking and kneading of muscles and other soft tissues to deeper manual techniques

My first experiences with Reiki began in 1998. I had been searching for a life purpose and over the course of the next few years, I continued to increase my knowledge, gain experience as a practitioner and receive healing treatments of this universal life force energy.

I decided to take the courses in order to be able to do self-treatments in between regular appointments as well as to be able to send Distant Healing Reiki to my family members who lived far away.

In describing what becoming a Reiki Master Teacher means to me, I believe that the master attunement was the big step that allowed me to take a deeper look at my life purpose and inspire me to make Reiki a daily part of my life. It sprang from a sincere desire to help others as well as to develop and express important virtues like compassion, cooperation and kindness. This path required deep self study and meditation on Universal Life Force energy and continues to be a journey.

Christine brings a blend of mindfulness from Usui Reiki Ryoho to her Reiki practice in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

My intention is to always bring sacredness, passion and integrity to Reiki... treat and teach those interested in natural healing and to help others discover the magic and healing power of this vibrational energy medicine.
